Postcards from Azeroth

The fabled world of Azeroth as seen through the eyes of an intrepid adventurer, Akmak. It's the same old World of Warcraft...but in scenic bite-size portions.

Telredor, Zangarmarsh

I'd been dreading Zangarmarsh because I imagined it like every swamp zone in Azeroth--nasty saturated hues of green and brown, boring and annoying beasts like crocodiles and dinosaurs, and worst of all, tons of waist deep water that would constantly cause you to dismount.

Luckily, ALL my fears were unfounded. Zangarmarsh is misty, true, but beautifully blue and glowy. It's a boon if you're an alchemist--you can often pick up items off of slain mobs, a perk usually enjoyed by skinners. At the heart of the extensive quest line is a mystery--someone or something is draining the essential waters out of Zangarmarsh and slowly killing the flora and fauna. Finally, except for 4 largish, centrally located lagoons and lakes, all the rivers and creeks are easily forded by your trusty ride!

I wish I was a WoW fan like you...but for some odd reason, I'm not much of a MMORPG gamer (it's not the RPG part of it...it's the monthly bill aspect of it. No moolah=no online fun), and there aren't many MRPGs (like dot.hack apparently).

Anyways, I decided to take you up on that offer about telling me some of the cool places of Boston's ChinaTown.

Give me everything from restaurants, stores, and maybe even some Japanese shops (if there is such a thing in ChinaTown).

For some reason it won't let me e-mail you, so I'll just leave a second message.

My friends and I want to find a great sushi restaurant, and I was wondering if you could slip some names by me (it doesn't have to be in China Town, it could be in the overall Boston area...just please let it be T-accessable).
